Six reasons families choose to work with us

All work conducted in writing

No office visit required. Every instruction, review, and update is delivered in writing so the client has a clear record and can take time to read it properly.

Nothing submitted without approval

Every document is shared with the client and confirmed before it is forwarded to the pension authority. The client always knows what is being said on their behalf.

Fixed, transparent fees in Thai Baht

Each service has a published fee. There are no hourly billing surprises. Clients know the cost before work begins, with payment in Thai Baht.

Your pace, not ours

The practice was deliberately structured so that clients — many of whom are older, or recently bereaved — can set the pace of their own case without feeling hurried.

Local knowledge of Thai pension offices

We work directly with the Social Security Office and the Government Pension Fund. We understand what they require, how they communicate, and how to follow up effectively.

Plain explanations at every stage

Pension rules are genuinely complex. We translate them into straightforward English, so the client understands what is happening and why — without needing a legal background to follow along.

In More Detail

A closer look at how we work

Professional expertise in Thai pension law

Our principal counsel worked within the Social Security Office for more than a decade before entering private practice. That experience means we understand not just what the rules say, but how they are applied in practice — which matters considerably when assembling a claim file.

We keep up with amendments to the Social Security Act and Government Pension Fund regulations so that our advice reflects the current position, not an outdated reading of the law.

A correspondence-based service model

Many of our clients prefer to manage their affairs from home. Our service is built around correspondence — telephone, email, and post — which means there is no requirement to travel across Bangkok to an office for meetings that can equally take place in writing.

This also means we can assist clients who are located outside Bangkok, provided the matter involves Thai pension law.

A track record built on care

Many of our clients come to us at a difficult point in their lives — following bereavement, or while managing a serious health condition. We take that context seriously. The tone of our correspondence, the pace of our work, and the structure of our fees are all shaped by that understanding.

Most of our new clients are referred to us by families we have already helped. That tells us something about the quality of the work.

Clear, fixed pricing with no billing surprises

Each service has a published fee in Thai Baht. Survivor Pension Claim Support is 4,200 THB. Disability Pension Applications are 10,500 THB. Long-Term Care Pension Coordination is 14,000 THB. No hourly rates, no retainer arrangements, and no additional charges for correspondence with the pension authority during the initial application.

What Sets Us Apart

Distinctive features of our practice

Designed for older clients and their families

The practice was set up specifically to serve clients who may be managing bereavement, disability, or elder care alongside their pension matters. Accessibility — large type, clear language, unhurried correspondence — is built into how we work, not added as an afterthought.

Family-inclusive working model

Where a client would like a family member or trusted friend to be included in correspondence and updates, we are able to accommodate that. Many families find it helpful to have a son or daughter copied on written communications during a long-term care coordination matter.

Direct coordination with treating physicians

For disability applications, we manage the liaison with treating doctors directly — drafting the request for a supporting report, reviewing the report before submission, and discussing its contents with the client before anything is forwarded to the pension authority.

Dual-scheme knowledge

Most pension practices are experienced in one scheme or the other. We work across both the Social Security Office scheme (for private-sector employees) and the Government Pension Fund (for civil servants), which matters when a family member held roles in both the public and private sectors during their working life.
